How We're Helping To Keep You Safe
At Leigh Kickboxing Studio we have ALWAYS held the safety of our members as our NUMBER ONE priority.
This is why we closed the instant the government issued their guidance and the reason why we haven’t opened up early...Some unscrupulous operators have breached the rules, broken the law and put their members lives at unnecessary risks...all to line their pockets.
Leigh Kickboxing Studio will never put profits before public safety!!
However now the greenlight has been given for us to reopen we have implemented many systems to allow you, our members, to train in a socially responsible and safe manner.
Hygiene stations at the entry and exit of the studio that every person entering must use.
We are operating a one way system to reduce crossover and help to eliminate “pinch points”.
We have redesigned the layout of the studio to allow for a full, yet safe training experience. The Cage, the Ring, the matted area and bag stations have all been modified to afford you the best and safest possible training environment.
As the World Health Organisation and UK Government do not require Face masks to be worn during “gym” sessions. We will work along with this advice and they will not need to be worn. We will happily allow you to wear your own should you wish.
The studio will be “deep cleaned” daily with both antiviral and biocde cleaning agents.
All lessons must be booked online and paid for in cash at the studio.
We can only do so much and require you to do your part too...
Members must attend in their clean uniforms.
Any member exhibiting any Corona virus symptoms must not attend the studio for 14 days.
Toilets will be open however each member is required to wipe over all touch points (light switches, door handles, flush buttons, toilet seats etc) after use with the provided products.
All members must arrive on time and leave in a prompt manner to reduce the risk of pinch point crossover.
Due to the Government's restrictions and required spacing there will be no spectators allowed, parents of new children can stay to help settle them in on the first lesson only - 1 parent only (Diddy Dragons excepted-read on).
All children must be dropped off and collected, on time.
The guidelines do not allow us any option or leeway for children to be monitored after their training has finished.
Please can all parents make sure children have been to the toilet prior to training to minimise class disruption.
These lessons will be restricted attendance.
Due to the very young ages the Under 6s diddy dragons will have to be partnered on the mats during training with a parent / guardian to help them. These lessons will be restricted attendance.

All bookings reserve your place.
With the new restricted access requirements and the reduction in lesson availability we have to apply the following policies to prevent repeated cancelations.
To get the best from your training a regular pattern is very important. These policies will help to ensure that you aren't prevented from booking your lessons due to a repeat offender or "ghost" bookings.
- All "No Shows" without adequate reasoning will forfeit the lesson fee.
- 24 hours cancelation notice required.
- Lessons can be rescheduled where possible, within the same week without charge. S.T.A (12 hours notice required).
Please contact the studio directly for all of the above, as where possible we will work with you to rearrange your lesson and do our best to avoid any charges to you. We know things go wrong at times and so we reserve the right to waive or charge these fees.
